Earlier this year I worked on a Minecraft server running a modpack that was close to crashing. The server was unstable and needed someone to work out what was going wrong before it failed completely. I worked through the problems, found what was behind the instability and fixed a couple of issues that were pulling the server down. By the end of the job it was running properly, which was the whole goal. That is the kind of work I now offer to other server owners and modpack creators: - Finding out why a modpack server crashes, lags or refuses to start - Fixing mod conflicts, broken configs and version mismatches - Getting a server stable again without rebuilding everything from scratch - Checking that the fix holds after the server restarts Common causes I check first: not enough allocated memory, duplicate or incompatible mods, outdated mod versions, broken config files and the wrong Java version for the Minecraft version. How I work: you send me your Minecraft version, mod loader (Forge, Fabric or NeoForge), mod list, the latest log and any crash report. You do not need to share any passwords for me to give you a first diagnosis. I review what you send and tell you honestly what I think the cause is and whether I can fix it. I will not promise a fix before I have seen the problem, because every modpack is different.
