I have worked as a freelance photo editor and photographer for over 5 years. I am also a photographer myself and am regularly contracted within my area. As an editor, I am currently employed as a Digital Media Specialist at the Digital Media Commons of Rice University.

Professional shots often use high-end equipment whose settings at the time of taking the image can be adjusted and optimized, but post-editing allows some aspects of any image to be corrected. By working with you, we can obtain a result that would surpass anything an average individual could get.

If possible, RAW files are best for editing with, however, I understand most of us don't have the ability to shoot in RAW format, so any file that contains your image (and only your image – no text or graphics) will work.
