OpsEdge Hospitality builds the operational tools I spent 20 years wishing existed: Excel and Google Sheets systems, playbooks, and templates for restaurant, bar, and private club operators. What I build and deliver: - Custom costing systems: recipe and plate costing, pour cost, inventory with par levels, and dashboards managers actually use - Full inventory and ordering systems, including a 293 item, 14 location commissary build with one click purchase orders - Multi site P&L workbooks and payroll schedulers built to local labor rules - SOP libraries, checklists, and operations manuals written for real service - A catalog of 100+ operational templates serving restaurant and club operators worldwide Every build follows the same architecture: one master tab as the single source of truth, live category views feeding a clean dashboard, delivered unlocked with plain English documentation written for managers, not analysts. Before founding OpsEdge I spent two decades leading F&B operations, including as President and GM of a Relais and Chateaux property, so every tool is shaped by someone who has actually run the shift it supports.
