A reliable electrochemical gas measurement system starts at the sensor interfacenot at the microcontroller. Electrochemical cells generate low-level currents that are highly sensitive to noise, leakage, bias conditions, temperature, and analog front-end design. I design the complete measurement chain to preserve that signal from the sensor electrodes through the analog circuitry and into the digital processing layer.
