I reached out to him several times but no response after he was paid. He did half of the expected job. I repeat.....DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!!!! I don't like when people do not stand on their words. He told me to contact him if there were problems with the publishing on IngramSparks and I did.

Understood my needs exactly and even understood the difference between the two distributors we are using. Worked diligently to overcome the problems. We sent this to five people and he was the only one who knew what the problem was and was able to fix it.
