FAQ
Is "AI" being used to create these designs?
No, we use unique, traditional and modern methods for creation(Matte painting & Digital painting). As digital designers, we do not accept AI. To clarify your AI problem, we will provide initial sketches and in-progress updates for your design (currently this is provided only for the premium package)
How to get Designs project files (PSD) ?
It is mandatory to state that you require the PSD when placing the order. There we create PSD files based on layers.PSDs not so notified will be layer merged for our storage convenience after the order is completed (currently, this is provided only for the premium package) *A small fee is charged
Do you create all Steam capsule sizes?
Yes. The Full Steam Capsule Package includes all required Steam store, library, event, and icon assets in correct dimensions.
Will I receive a sketch before the final artwork?
Yes. For Steam capsule packages, I provide an initial sketch for approval before final rendering to ensure the design matches your vision.
Do you include characters in the artwork?
Characters are not included in the Basic sketch package. Character art can be added to higher packages or ordered separately.
