Managed the TikTok Shop affiliate program for Hairfinity, a haircare brand, owning the process end-to-end. Sourced and onboarded relevant creators, negotiated retainer and commission terms, and coordinated product sampling to keep content flowing consistently. Built a custom dashboard to track GMV and ROAS by creator, identifying top performers and reallocating budget toward what converted best. Led UGC content strategy — briefing creators on hooks and formats aligned with what was performing well in the TikTok Shop feed. Result: grew creator-driven GMV without relying on paid ads, and built a repeatable system for ongoing creator recruitment and retention.
