I am a very active individual with a passion for E-commerce and fitness! I currently train between 10-15 people a week at my local gym, but my primary area of expertise is nutrition. Many people overlook the value of understanding how our diet can affect our body composition and our overall performance. My goal is to help people reach a healthy weight through daily contact to work on accountability skills. Underweight? Overweight? average build but you want to look more athletic? I'm your guy.
