Redd did a very good job with a very difficult assignment. She took request for revision well and provided clear voice over and improved the synching of her voice with the video of me speaking. I know we can't get it perfect but it is much better than my voice.

The process is cumbersome, the gathering of click rates at the expense of the customer is awful customer experience. There are sponsored ads available. Can Fiverr provide a link for the customer to contact the seller to resolve a service undelivered within a resolution window?
