How long does it take to set up my Discord server?
Delivery depends on the package and complexity of your server. Current delivery times are 3 days for Basic, 5 days for Standard, and 7 days for Premium. Extra Fast Delivery may also be available.
Can you redesign an existing Discord server?
Absolutely! I can reorganize an existing server, including categories, channels, roles, permissions, onboarding, and other systems included in your package.
Will I be able to manage the server after it’s set up?
Yes! The server belongs to you, and I'll organize it so you can manage it after delivery. I can also explain the structure and important settings you'll need to know.
Do you provide bot integration?
Yes. Bot setup and configuration can be included depending on your package and project needs. Additional bot setup may also be available as a Gig Extra.
What if I need revisions after the server is set up?
Revisions included with your package can be used to make adjustments within the original project scope. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.
What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need to know what your community is for, who will use it, the features you need, your preferred roles or sections, and any branding or existing server structure you'd like incorporated.
Do you offer ongoing support after the server is launched?
I'll make sure you understand the server setup at delivery and can answer questions related to the completed project. Ongoing server management or moderation is not included unless arranged separately.
Can I customize the roles and permissions?
Yes! Roles and permissions are customized around your community's needs, including members, moderators, staff, teams, subscribers, or other groups you may have.
