Acerca de este Servicio
Need a clear way to organize company operations, manage client data, and stop running your business out of messy spreadsheets?
I build custom Airtable database structures and Softr client portals that turn messy records into functional web apps. Whether you need an internal team workspace, a secure portal for client updates, or an end-to-end sales pipeline, I set up systems that work reliably every single day.
What I Can Build:
- Airtable Database Design: Relational schemas, linked tables, formulas, and custom interface dashboards.
- Softr Client Portals & Web Apps: Secure login areas, user permissions, profile management, and custom domain setups.
- Airtable CRM Systems: Lead tracking, deal stages, client onboarding, and automated email follow-ups.
- Workflow Automation: Custom triggers, multi-step actions using native tools, Zapier, or Make integrations.
Why Work With Me? You get direct communication, well-tested data logic, clean layouts, and complete walkthrough videos so your team knows exactly how to use everything.
Please send a direct message with your project details before placing an order so we can pick the best structure for your workflow!
FAQ
What do I need to start an Airtable database and Softr client portal project?
Send me a brief breakdown of your current process, any existing spreadsheets, and what data you want your clients or team to view and edit inside the portal.
Can I limit what data each client sees inside the Softr portal?
Yes. We use Softr conditional filters and user groups so clients log in and only view their own specific projects, tasks, invoices, or records.
Do I need paid accounts for Airtable, Softr, Zapier, or Make?
Free plans work for initial builds. As user counts, automated operations, or record volumes scale, paid plans for Airtable and Softr may be required.
Can you connect my existing Airtable database to a new Softr web app?
Yes. I can audit your current base structure, clean up field links, and connect it directly to a responsive Softr portal layout.
How do custom workflow automations work between Airtable and Softr?
We configure native triggers or third-party webhooks in Make and Zapier so form submissions, status updates, and email notifications run automatically.
Will my team be able to manage the Airtable CRM after delivery?
Absolutely. I provide clean field documentation and a clear video walk-through showing your team how to update data, run views, and track leads.
Can you build internal business dashboards inside Airtable?
Yes. I build native Airtable Interface dashboards for executive overviews, team workloads, project milestones, and real-time business metrics.
What is the difference between an Airtable Interface and a Softr portal?
Airtable Interfaces work best for internal team collaboration. Softr portals are ideal for external clients who need secure, branded access.
Can clients upload documents and submit forms inside the client portal?
Yes. Softr forms allow clients to submit new records, upload project files, and edit their profile details directly into your Airtable base.
Do you offer post-delivery support if something breaks?
Every order comes with a testing phase before final delivery plus post-launch support to fix any issues and make sure your system runs smoothly.
