Hello and welcome! I'm Sophie, a passionate Beta Reader, Manuscript Editor, Proofreader, and Book Formatting Specialist dedicated to helping authors transform their ideas into polished, publication-ready books. My expertise lies in beta reading, developmental feedback, line editing, proofreading, and professional formatting for Amazon KDP and other publishing platforms. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with talented authors like Mary, Olivia, James, Meladi, and many others. Every manuscript has been a unique journey, and every story has left a lasting impression on me. I don't simply read books; I immerse myself in them. I laugh with the characters, feel their struggles, celebrate their victories, and provide thoughtful, honest feedback to help authors create the best version of their work. One of the greatest rewards of my career is seeing books I've contributed to successfully published on Amazon KDP and other publishing platforms. Knowing I played a part in bringing an author's dream to life fills me with pride and motivates me to give my very best to every project. Beyond beta reading, I also offer manuscript editing, proofreading, and professional book formatting. Whether your manuscript needs detailed reader feedback, a polished edit, or a publication-ready layout, I approach every project with care, dedication, and excellence because I believe every story deserves to shine. To my previous clients, thank you for trusting me with your stories and allowing me to be part of your publishing journey. To my future clients, I can't wait to read your manuscript, share your excitement, and help you bring your vision to life. I appreciate every one of you, and I truly love what I do.

Sophie did a beta reading for my watercolour illustrated penguin book. She gave me her honest opinion of the book, what she liked, and what she would add to make the book even deeper/better. She delivered her report on time, and was easy to communicate with. Thanks Sophie, Ruby

I hired several Beta readers, and this particular one was the most expensive one by far. Interestingly enough, her results agreed with another better reader that was like way less cost.
