Successfully closed three enterprise acquisitions while managing full Due Diligence, contract structuring, and compliance with national competition regulations. 4/ Commercial Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value international commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SaaS/Licensing, BPO/SLAs, Vendor Contracts, real estate, and equipment purchase agreements. 5/ Regulatory Compliance & Data Privacy: Oversee enterprise-wide regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring full adherence to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), international privacy standards, and industry-specific regulations. 6/ Risk Management & Dispute Resolution: Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, financial, and operational legal risks; manage external dispute resolution, pre-litigation negotiations, and outside counsel alignment. 7/ Cross-Border Transactions & Trade: Advise on international commercial structures, trade compliance, cross-border service delivery, and legal alignment across foreign jurisdictions.
