Ramiro was hired to do some test cases and playtest my game, the provided report was well structured, clear and to the point, included accompanying recordings of gameplay and detailed descriptions of what worked and why Ramiro felt it is working or was confusing. All communications where easy to understand and professional.

Second time working with Ramiro as a playtester. This time, he tested a multiplayer game with his friend. He was very helpful and organized. Found several issues and when it hosed his save, he waited for a fix and finished the playtest. The final report was great as well! Certainly recommended!
