I'm an AI/ML Engineer with a focus on LLMs, Vision-Language Models, and Generative AI. My work sits at the intersection of research and real deployment, and I've learned that the gap between the two is where most of the actual engineering happens. On the research side, I've worked on medical image analysis for skin cancer detection using LLaVA, built RAG pipelines for intelligent document and CV analysis, and handled distributed inference for models like Llama 3.2 and Stable Diffusion 3.5 across HPC clusters. I've also delivered industry projects in Computer Vision where the margin for error is low and the expectations are high. I'm the kind of engineer who stays involved until the problem is genuinely solved, not just technically addressed.
