Worked as a Bench Sales Recruiter specializing in U.S. IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, targeted job searches, submissions, and recruitment coordination. I managed candidate profiles and identified relevant opportunities based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements. Successfully helped place Data Analysts in the U.S. market and facilitated the placement of two Robotics Engineers with Amazon and Tesla. This experience has given me strong knowledge of U.S. job markets, recruitment processes, job applications, candidate positioning, and targeted job-search strategies. I now use this recruitment experience to help professionals identify relevant opportunities, submit targeted applications, improve their job-search strategy, and effectively position themselves in competitive job markets.
