He quit on the project and did not finish it, and made things worse so now a new page needs to be built because he deleted the old one.

Harshit quit in the middle of the task because he refused to follow the instructions even though he was provided an example of how the finished feature should look and function, doesn't get any more unprofessional than his actions.
