Hey Aaron, this login issue has taken up more time than it should have, so let's take the more reliable route. Rather than troubleshooting the shared login further, could you add me as a new user directly in your sandbox instead? That gives me my own clean login tied to my own email, and avoids these access restriction issues entirely.
Here's what that takes on your end:
Go to Setup, then search Users in Quick Find
Click New User
Enter my email and name
