Ragil was polite. professional and communicative. The overall result was good and I'm happy with the final delivery. Unfortunately there were a few delays, but he was keen listening to the feedback and making the necessary adjustments. Some details however got lost from one version to the next, so make sure to keep a checklist and review it at each stage.
