- Tenemos una reunión confidencial de divulgación de inventos en la que me describes tu invento y te hago preguntas para entender mejor tu invento.
- Redactaré una solicitud de patente basada en nuestra conversación y en los materiales que me proporciones.
- Tendrás la oportunidad de revisar el borrador de la solicitud de patente y dar retroalimentación o solicitar cambios.
- Presentaré tu solicitud de patente ante la USPTO.
