Successfully carried out comprehensive maintenance and inspection of the (Stage 2, 3, 4) CC20 and Units 7 to 14 steam turbines and boilers auxiliaries. All tasks were performed in coordination with client SEC (Saudi Electricity Company), meeting their satisfaction and technical expectations. Instrument Calibration & Replacement Pressure and temperature transmitters including units associated with boiler and turbine ESD systems were calibrated, replaced, and verified for operational reliability. Valve Maintenance Activities Shutoff valves (SOVs) within the fuel-air system were replaced due to persistent air leakage issues. Associated repair kits were installed and validated. All air and auxiliary dampers connected to the boiler system were thoroughly inspected, tested, and ensured to meet operational standards. Verification and Documentation Maintenance logs, calibration sheets, and inspection reports were completed, compiled, and submitted in accordance with SEC standards. Client Witness & SEC Confirmation All activities listed above were witnessed by SEC representatives and signed off by client-side quality assurance personnel. Documentation has been verified and archived as per project requirements. Documentation and Compliance Prepared, reviewed, and finalized all required documentation in strict alignment with SEC standards. Received official sign-off from SEC representatives upon completion, demonstrating full client approval.
