• To study, analyse and interpret multi discipline tenders to fully and clearly understand and the scope of work. • Carry out Site visits and attend Pre bid meetings for better understanding of Scope of work. • Coordination with Client, Vendors, Sub Contractors, and various departments within the Company. • Development of RFQs for procurement of material and engaging Sub contractor services. • Technical review of material quotations by ensuring that the same are in line with the shared RFQ and Client’s technical requirements. • Technical review of engineering proposals. • Preparation of Cash flows by considering the payment terms /mechanisms. • Identification of risks involved and development of Risk register. • Estimate project quantities and costs in the preparation of project proposals in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Review of Tender’s Commercial and Contractual terms and conditions. • Monitors current competitive prices, new techniques, and cost trends. • Carry out presentations to the management for approval of all the proposal requirements. • Responsible for preparing competitive Technical and Commercial Proposals in compliance with the Client's requirement/technical specifications.
