Should I pack my small OST file to ZIP archive?
Yes, please pack it into archive, this will allow me to receive the original file without changes, plus I will be able to download it quickly.
Is there any chance to get my OST file converted to PST format (no need to recover something)?
Sure, process is nearly the same. I can convert your *.ost file to *.pst format (unicode pst) or save the contents to multiple files of *.eml, *.msg, *.csv formats.
My OST file is more than 3Gb, what package should I order?
Please pay attention to existing extras. You have to order the PREMIUM pack plus EXTRA option which fits the size of your file.
Is there a change to evaluate the result of recovery prior to order a GIG?
Yes and it is highly recommended! Please upload your *.ost or *.pst file to dropbox or another file sharing service and send me a message with the link to download your data. I will try to repair as much as I can and sent you the report.

I asked a question before delivering the download link, just after ordering, and got a quite rude answer, despite that I delivered the link and got back the pst file quickly. But sadly its not complete at all. The folders in the ost file were full and in the pst I just had 20 mails per folder. :(
