Specialising in high-performance vehicle design, we develop chassis and suspension systems for all kinds of custom vehicles from Racecars, ATV's, Go-karts and UTV's to Campers, Trailers and Specialised EV's.
We'll help you establish key static parameters such as KPI, Castor angle, Camber and Scrub while also looking into dynamic parameters such as Camber gain, Anti-Geometry, Ackermann and more...
THIS GIG INCLUDES:
Custom-made suspension designs according to any of the following inputs:
- 3D scans and dimensions
- Drawings, sketches or other visuals
- Material availability and Process capability
- Packaging, weight and visual constraints
- Descriptions, end goal, target performance
- OEM Replication with instilled adjustability
- 3D STEP / IGES turned into Intellectual Property.
We focus on contact-patch optmisation during steady state cornering, dynamic cornering and hard braking/acceleration.
Manufacturability, weight and strength are additional aspects which are taken into account during the development of the entire setup.

The initial concept can be seen as Phase 1 of 3. The 2nd Phase of the development will involve diving into the details (manufacturing, aftermarket parts, material constraints) while the 3rd Phase finalises the entire design down to the smallest detail.
