While all my other gigs offer Real estate cold calling service, I designed this gig exclusively, where I will be the VIRTUAL ACQUISITION SPECIALIST and make offers and negotiate deals on behalf of investors and wholesalers.

Using the right negotiation framework and methodologies, I will negotiate purchase price in order to get the best possible deal for you, while also making sure it is beneficial to the seller. My job role as your real estate acquisitions specialist will include:
