Polo

I have worked with Polo many times and his work is great. This particular order was not as good as others. That may have been my lack of understanding. I do plan on continuing to work with Polo in the future.

He delivered exactly what I asked for. It exceeded my expectations, its all set up perfectly for the machine, hoop size, and colors that I would use to its basically plug and play. Difficult expressing and explaining needs of the revisions due to language barrier. File did not come out the way I was hoping it would. However, they were very willing to keep trying to help.
