Have a new supplier price list but no time to prepare your Matrixify update?
I prepare reviewed cost and selling-price CSVs for existing Shopify variants. You receive a before-and-after proposal, an exceptions list, field-specific update files and import instructions. You or your authorized operator run the imports.
Each package covers one supplier CSV and one current Matrixify Products CSV, within its listed item limit. One item is one existing variant reviewed, including unchanged or flagged rows. All tiers include the same checks and one in-scope revision.
Supported: exact identifiers, prices you authorize, USD and per-item values. Uncertain matches are flagged, not guessed.
File preparation only: no store login, inventory changes, new products, deletions, descriptions, images, PDF/XLSX conversion or currency conversion.
Software-assisted and human-reviewed. App subscriptions and Fiverr buyer fees are separate. Not affiliated with Shopify or Matrixify.

How do the packages differ, and what counts as an item?
All packages include the same review and deliverables. Choose by the item limit shown in Pricing. One item means one existing product variant in the agreed review scope, including unchanged or flagged variants. A product with five size variants counts as five items.
Will you update my Shopify store?
No. I prepare files for your own Matrixify installation; you or your authorized operator run the imports. These files are not for Shopify's native CSV importer. No store login or API token is needed. Your Matrixify plan must cover the required imports and exports.
What files do you accept?
One supplier CSV and one current Matrixify Products CSV containing Product IDs, Variant IDs, SKUs, current cost and price. Values must be USD and per item. Send a non-sensitive sample first so I can check compatibility. PDF, XLSX and scanned-file conversion are not included.
What happens to missing, duplicate or uncertain matches?
I list ambiguous, duplicate, unmatched or unsupported rows for clarification and exclude unresolved changes from the update files. I do not guess matches or fill missing prices. A missing supplier row does not instruct me to delete a product or set its price to zero.
Can you calculate markups or choose my selling prices?
No. You identify the authorized cost and selling-price columns or provide exact amounts. A supplier's suggested retail price is not automatically your chosen selling price. Pricing strategy, markup calculations, currency conversions and case-to-item conversions are outside this offer.
What does one revision include?
One consolidated revision within the same accepted files, variants and pricing instructions. A new supplier, price list or expanded scope requires a separate agreement. Preparation errors against our agreed instructions are corrected without an extra service fee.
How does the five-day delivery work?
The package allows five calendar days once the required inputs are complete and the order is active. Fiverr's displayed deadline governs. Late clarifications or catalog changes may require a mutually agreed platform extension; messaging alone does not pause the deadline.
Can you check the result after I import?
Yes. One comparison is included if you supply a compatible after-export within seven days of file delivery. I check approved amounts and agreed fields present in both exports. Without it, the store result is unverified. Fiverr's acceptance and dispute deadlines are unchanged.
How are my files processed?
I use local data-processing software and human review. AI helped develop the tools, but does not choose your prices. This workflow does not send raw supplier or catalog files to external AI services. Please send only data you are authorized to share.
Is the work sample from a paying client?
No. The gallery shows a controlled three-product development-store demonstration, not paid client work. It tested cost-only, price-only and combined updates. It is not a guarantee for every catalog; your files must meet the agreed scope.
