Boardgames take an immense amount of work to bring to completion. I can make that process easier by examining your game thoroughly and giving you detailed feedback without breaking the bank!
In the review, I will describe our experience from the gameplay its self. Describing what may need work in regards to the mechanics, aesthetics, character and world design, etc.
All to help you find how to create the experience you want!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Boardgames must be on a digital platform (Tabletop Simulator, Tabletopia, etc.) or print and play. Although printing may cost slightly more.
- All levels will give you a detailed written report with all our feedback and direct review of mechanics, gameplay, and theme.
- If you also want a recording of the play session, that is an option. But please be aware that not all players may have great audio. They will at least be understandable.
- We typically do blind playtests, wherein you are not present, which will stress test your rule book. But you can join to play along or spectate if you prefer.

I've been designing and playtesting games for over 10 years. I have made a few games myself, both for fun, and for experience.
So I am able to help you identify and overcome many of the problems your project may encounter.
And of course I'll do it cost effectively.
FAQ
Why would I need a play tester? Can't I do that myself?
You can do it yourself. But weather you want to admit it or not, you are biased toward the quality of your game. Your game is your brain-baby, and you subconsciously don't want to find problems, and so you will overlook some problems. I will show you how the public will view it.
Do I need a finished rulebook to have it play tested?
It just needs to be understandable. No need to have a finished final edition. Any word document or pdf or even text in a message to me will be acceptable! If there is a problem or some unclear wording in your rules, I will just mention it in the review.
Can I join the play test?
Yes, absolutely! It's important to message me before the order however, so that we can set a day and time.
Can you help me design my game?
Yes, we can help with the design of mechanics and rules, but we don't do art or graphic design.
