At CCA, I own and operate critical on-prem infrastructure supporting production services. I manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, and PKI/certificate services, and I secure internal access. I administer VMware vSphere across multiple datacenters, oversee HPE 3PAR–backed storage, and design and maintain backup and recovery with Veeam. I lead high-impact incident resolution, remediate legacy misconfigurations, and execute infrastructure changes including storage and mount-point migrations, access control updates, and certificate renewals. I maintain reverse proxy and SSL configurations, ensure system stability, and produce documentation to support long-term operational continuity.
