Ecommerce Manager for the B2C division of an international airport transfer company, I led the digital strategy to drive traffic, increase bookings, and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Website Management & SEO: Maintained and optimized the B2C website, using SEO best practices (on-page, technical, and multilingual SEO) to increase organic traffic. Oversaw redirects, indexing, and translations. Affiliate Marketing (AWIN): Managed the affiliate program end-to-end, including publisher onboarding, creative asset development, promotional planning, and performance analysis. Built strong relationships with affiliates to drive consistent revenue through AWIN. Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Owned the full email marketing strategy and execution. Set up and optimized automated flows including abandoned carts, welcome sequences, transactional emails (e.g., review requests), and weekly promotional campaigns. Led the migration from a previous ESP to Klaviyo, improving deliverability and segmentation. Performance Marketing & PPC: Managed Google Ads campaigns targeting travel destinations, creating and optimizing ads to maximize ROI. Controlled budgets, launched new campaigns, and continuously refined targeting. Oversaw accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager to support performance analysis and campaign success. Development & UX Collaboration: Liaised with the dev team to implement UX improvements and technical tools such as Cookiebot. Created UX plans for improvement on our Agent site to make booking seamless. Review & Reputation Management: Oversaw the transition from Trustpilot to Reviews.io for customer reviews. Implemented strategies to boost Google and third-party reviews. B2B Account Support & White Label Sites: Partnered with B2B clients to manage white-label websites, focusing on user experience and joint strategies to drive sales. Delivered regular performance reports and implemented tailored optimization plans.
