Fluent English and French (Quebec), with 20+ years of professional management experience. Retail General Manager

Staples Canada • Tiempo completo

Jun 2007 - Present • 19 yrs 4 mos

Started at the bottom of the management scale, was promoted after 18 months and climbed my way up to General Manager, a position I have held for the last 10 years. I have taken over the worst-performing stores and turned them into top-performing locations. I am known as a fierce competitor, and I thrive on quality, performance and efficiency. I always exceed expectations and deliver results and beyond.
