Write to me so we can fix it together. I don’t request any further fees on support or small modifications of the design. I will write troubleshooting files for you in order to methodically test the board and figure out the issues.

If you have a schematic already done in EAGLE CAD and it doesn’t need any other big modifications, then I can make you a custom offer. If you have the schematic in any other format (pdf, image, other software ) I will require the full price of a package as I need to redo that schematic in Eagle.

No, but you should expect to pay for the work done until then. I will, of course, provide you with the project as it is in that stage in case you want to restart it later.

For the moment no. I have used EAGLE CAD for several years now and it is my main software for doing PCB Design for the moment. If you, however, want your project to be made with another specific software, I am sorry, but I can't help you.
