Interpreter for the Global Marble Market
English • Tiempo parcial
Jan 2024 - Dec 2024 • 11 mos
After Beign a Vice Administrator of the english course/classes at KNN for months i had the opportunity to transition to a more hands on experience with the marble business as a interpreter, since the town i was based on at the moment hosted one of the largest stone fairs and harvesting/exportation markets in the world i ended up working with clients from completely different nationalities, indians, chinese, brazillians, etc... thankfully me and my clients had wonderful exchanges in that time period, besides closing a lot of deals between them i was also positively impacted since i got to interact with an entirely new vocabulary of the stone business, how the ins and outs of the market and tools functioned as well, and the corporate dialogue surrounding the deals that i assisted in closing, all these amazing experiences helped me become a more complete speaker/interpreter/translator.
Amateur Digital Championship Manager (Riot Partner Program)
Riot Games • Tiempo completo
May 2015 - Jun 2018 • 3 yrs 1 mo
Me and 6 other associates built what was for a time the latin america's second largest amateur esports tournament under the riot partner program, we would host every single day almost 24/7 hundreds if not thousands of tournaments and tens of thousands of players would come to join from games like League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra and others. Along with managing all the situations that arise mid tournament like disputes between players, forms and prize alocations we would also have a second team from which i was also a part of that whould stream a live game feed of whatever final match was the most requested by viewers at the moment, after we decided to end the org because we all had to go to college and splitting time between these responsabilities was tough for all of us for years we would still get mesages from almost all major teams involved requesting we go back into the market because not only did we have one of the most friendly environments for old and new players we also had one if not the fairest ban systems ever, no one felt cheated when penalized.
