During 2022 and 2023 I was leading an R&D project about developing and industrialization of wireless sensor for sublimation monitoring. During 2024 since nowadays I've been driving a project about to introduce the air refrigeration technology to the industrial freeze dryers.

During 2015 I was leading a R&D project aimed to develop a sterilization portable unit based on ionized hydrogen peroxide technology. Since 2016 I was leading several projects aimed to cost down, troubleshooting and improving the industrial freeze dryers, which is the premium product of the company. At 2018 I was leading a project about implementation of "green line cooling systems" (flammable gases) to the industrial freeze dryers. Since 2020 I have been leading a R&D project to automatize the loading of LVP at autoclaves by trays, using robots.

Serial Product Development, Product Management & Maintenance, Manufacturing Assistance. For two years I was co-leading an International R&D project aimed to develop and manufacture Ultra Low Freezers for Laboratory. I was coordinating the different teams; marketing and product definition in Netherlands office, R&D team in Spain, and transferring, coordinating, and assisting the prototyping and industrialization to manufacturing centre in Shanghai. It was an intensive, exciting and enriching experience.
