AVOID INFRINGEMENT PROBLEMS WITH A TRADEMARK SEARCH
If you are starting a business or launching a new product or service; if you have chosen a name for it, and want to have a logo designed, a website built around it, it is important, to avoid infringement problems, to check and see if there is already a registered or pending-registration trademark in the US your chosen name could be conflicting with. With this search, you will get to know if there are identical, or partially-identical trademarks that could most probably cause you infringement problems (read the benefits of this type of search in the F.A.Q.). It's great information to have before investing blindly further in your trademark, by having a logo designed, a web site built, business cards printed, etc.
We need the following pieces of information from you:
- Name (First and Last or Fiverr's Name).
- Trademark (you can provide just the literal element or the whole logo if you already have one).
- Description of products and /or services you sell or are going to sell under the trademark.
The Search Report will be provided in a .pdf file.

The Exact-Match and Mid-Word search is performed in the US Patent and Trademark Office Federal Register of Trademarks, and reports IDENTICAL or PARTIALLY IDENTICAL Registered, Pending Registration, and Relevant Dead Trademarks.
What are the benefits of this search?
If a conflicting mark is found, it is either IDENTICAL to, or contains EXACTLY your mark. Quickly, without investing hundreds, you'll know if you would be infringing on an existing trademark, and surely be blocked from obtaining registration - time to change trademark strategy
