I will test and review your website/app/game or anything else from a user's point of view.
In the video I will be analysing your:
- Web design
- UI & UX
- Layout
- Call to actions
- Overall quality of content
- Colour scheme
- Conversion Optimisation
- Typography
- Much more
From this, I will determine whether or not a user can easily complete your desired action (such as buying your product) and suggest improvements on how to fix these problems.
I will record a screencast so you will be able to see my screen activity and hear my voice. I will constantly voice my opinions, both negative and positive (I am brutally honest which is why people like my gig). You will be sent a link to download the video.
If you require a longer test please purchase accordingly (or message me it before you purchase to give you a quote). I can use my sample test scenario which covers most of the basics if you do not have a specific scenario.
Please note I can only test websites that are in English.

FAQ
I want a full review of my website, how many minutes should I order?
For a typical website (ecommerce, personal blog etc) I usually recommend buyers order the standard package to cover the review. This will allow me to review 8-10 pages or a typical browse and purchasing of a product. Registering/Creating Profiles/Dashboards etc usually require the premium package.
Can you test my iOS/Android app?
Yes I have an iPhone 6S and a Huawei Honor 8X that I can use for testing apps directly from the app store or via apk. These are real phones and not emulators ensuring you get the most realistic test conditions and review.
Can you test my website on iOS and/or Android?
Yes I use a remote mobile service where I can control a number of different phone devices remotely and browse websites through them. These test are on real mobile devices not the cheaper emulators you see some testers using (which aren't always reliable or accurate).
Do you provide a written report?
In order to offer a high quality, cheap service here on Fiverr I need to cut down how long each test takes. Writing a report for every order is incredibly time consuming. The reports are delivered via a video link where you will view a screencast of me browsing your site and speaking my thoughts.
Can I download and keep the video?
Yes I ask that all clients download their tests and store them locally as I only host the videos for 2-3 weeks.
I don't have a website but would like some advice and how to launch one, can you help?
Yes certainly, I have years of experience running websites, online marketing, design, UX and much more. I will be happy to discuss any ideas to help you move a project forward, just send me a message.
I want to provide your service to my clients, do you offer a white label option?
Yes I offer white label options that will remove any mention of myself in the video (I can even pretend to be one of your team members) and also remove watermarks from the video. I know clients who have resold my videos to customers for $200+.
I want to hire you for ongoing testing during the development of my website/app/product, can you help?
Please just order as and when you require me. I would not suggest ordering hours of testing in bulk that you plan to use over weeks/months as the order will be marked as delayed and hurt my ratings. There are no discounts for bulk orders either as this service is already extremely cheap.
