RESEARCH POSTER DESIGN

GG Group Media • Freelance

Apr 2026 - Present • 7 mos

The client required a professionally designed academic research poster for a conference presentation that would effectively communicate their research findings while maintaining a clean, visually appealing, and publication-quality layout. The objective was to transform a detailed research manuscript into a concise, engaging poster by organizing key sections such as the background, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. Special attention was given to visual hierarchy, typography, color consistency, charts, icons, and data presentation to ensure the content was easy to read and suitable for both digital and large-format printing. One of the main challenges was presenting a large amount of research information within the limited poster space without compromising clarity. This was addressed by carefully prioritizing the most important findings, using structured layouts, and incorporating visual elements that enhanced readability while maintaining a professional academic appearance. The final deliverable was a high-resolution, print-ready research poster that met conference presentation standards and provided the client with an editable source file for future updates.
