• Name (as you would like it to appear in the design).
• Place of birth: city, state, country.
• Time of birth: (Should be as accurate as possible).

You can choose:

• Color
• Personalized short message (If you don't provide the short message, we will use this one: "I was born under these stars").
• Favorite color (There are six color options).
• Image size (A4, Letter, A3, Tabloid).

The final design is sent in JPG or PDF format for the best printing quality (300 dpi, CMYK).
