I will build a focused browser-installable web app for one facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, contractor rectification, MEP, or HVAC inspection workflow.
Basic delivers a workflow map, evidence checklist, clickable prototype, and report layout. Standard delivers one working workflow for up to 10 pilot users. Premium covers two workflows with deployment handoff and source code.
The app can structure location, asset, finding, severity, photo reference, responsible owner, due date, status, and acceptance evidence. It can support offline-first capture, responsive screens, JSON export, and printable handoff where included.
