FAQ
1) What will I need to get started?
I will need hand drawings, photos, images from the internet, or an old floor plan to start representing your ideas. If you still don't have a well defined idea of the project, I invite you to ask me what ideas you have in mind so we can talk together.
2) Once the project has started, can I indicate modifications in the process?
Sure, as I said in point 1, I can start with a basic idea of the project and I can make the necessary modifications. (This does not mean that I will change and make ANOTHER NEW PROJECT to the one mentioned from the beginning, the changes are of measures/locations/adding or removing information).
3) In what formats will I receive the drawings?
I will deliver the drawings in DWG, PDF or JPG format. If you need another format, I will change it without any problem!
4) Can I choose the drawing units and scale?
Sure! I can make drawings in inches, meters, feet, or any other unit you want. Also if you have a scale or sheet size you would like, I will do it. (If I don't receive any indication, I will deliver the drawing without scale, but occupying the biggest space of the paper for better visualization).
5) What kind of floor plans can you make?
2D Floor plans for stores, houses, buildings, residences, public or private institutions, schools, bathrooms, dormitories, offices, land, neighborhoods, recreational spaces, and many more. You can consult me, I like challenges!

Excellent work, he corrected some issues that my local engineer did in Mexico, he explained the report from the permit office and told me how he would fix it, would work with again, feels as though he is an intelligent architect
