Working independently as a self-directed AI automation and infrastructure developer, building production-style systems to solve real business automation problems using n8n, Docker, Proxmox, and modern AI agent frameworks. Over this period I designed and built a range of automation systems end-to-end, including: an AI-powered support ticket triage system that classifies and routes inbound tickets automatically; a WhatsApp Business API assistant that handles real-time order-status queries with human escalation; a self-hosted Proxmox and Docker homelab stack running containerized services with monitoring and automated recovery; a multi-agent AI pipeline that researches, scores, and drafts outreach for inbound sales leads; a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) knowledge assistant that answers questions from internal documents with source citations; and a scheduled marketing reporting pipeline that pulls, summarizes, and delivers weekly performance reports automatically. Each project was built to production standards: proper error handling, fallback logic for edge cases, and clear logging so behavior stays auditable rather than a black box. Along the way I focused heavily on making AI outputs reliable rather than just impressive in a demo, tuning confidence thresholds, agent role boundaries, and retrieval quality to reduce false positives and inconsistent outputs. This self-directed work has been the foundation for the automation and AI agent services I now offer, and reflects hands-on, current experience with the exact tools and patterns businesses are asking for in 2026: n8n, Docker, Proxmox, WhatsApp Cloud API, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG-based assistants.
