Once again, Optizap steps in to save me from mysterious WordPress plugin behaviors. In a few hours they deduced: it wasn't an auth issue, db config issue, a licensing problem, or a cache problem.. it was a blocked port due to shared vs private hosting. I never would have figured that out. Amazing!

Terrific service. I had a problem for over a week that OptiZap finally solved within 15 minutes. I have little knowledge of FTP or servers etc and they were very patient and explained what I need to do thoroughly.
