Sobre mí
I’m Omar, the automation expert you call when you’re tired of doing the same things over and over again. I believe living a soft life is possible, not by avoiding work, but by working smarter. Time is the real currency. I’ve seen it, lived it, and I build systems that give it back to you. While you grow your business, I remove repetitive, time-draining tasks from your plate. Emails, follow-ups, and manual processes become smooth automated systems running in the background without you lifting a finger. So you earn more, stress less, and finally have time for what truly matters every time.... Lee más

At USA Jewels, the business was active, but daily operations were difficult to keep consistent. The owner was also working another job, so time was limited. Important tasks like email follow-ups were often delayed, some customer inquiries went unanswered, and abandoned carts had no system to bring buyers back. Payment confirmations weren’t always immediate, which sometimes left customers unsure about their orders. Beyond these visible issues, there were quieter inefficiencies affecting the flow of the business. Order tracking was done manually, customer messages came from different channels without structure, restock checks weren’t consistent, and repetitive admin tasks were taking up more time than expected. It wasn’t about effort—the workload simply didn’t have the right systems to support it. I focused on understanding where time was being spent and where delays were happening. From there, I built automated workflows to handle follow-up emails, cart reminders, and payment confirmations. I also organized customer communication and reduced the need for constant manual input in routine tasks. As these systems took over, the business became more stable and responsive. Customers received timely updates, missed opportunities reduced, and the owner was able to manage both the store and her other responsibilities with less pressure. What stood out most was the shift in how everything felt. Tasks that once required constant attention became something the business could rely on quietly in the background. Instead of trying to keep up with everything, there was finally room to think ahead, focus on growth, and run the business with more clarity and control.
