I'm a life coach with years of experience helping clients achieve their full potential.

I have certification as a Christian Life Coach and as a secular coach.

I have written two workbooks that would aid in some aspects of the challenges you might be facing.

I'll work with you one-on-one as your life coach to determine your life purpose, goals, develop a strategy, and offer ongoing support and accountability to keep you on track. I'll give you the tools and resources you need to succeed, whether your goal is to improve your general quality of life, nurture a better work-life balance, career, relationships, health, or overall well-being.

My coaching strategy is based on goal-setting theory, positive psychology, mindfulness and, where the client desires it, Christian principles.

During our coaching sessions, you will feel secure in a safe space with a non-judgemental atmosphere where you can explore your objectives, aspirations, and difficulties.
