I’ve spent a lot of time helping businesses stop doing repetitive manual work by building "smart" systems that handle the heavy lifting. My goal is to take messy, manual processes and turn them into seamless, automated workflows that actually feel intelligent. 1. Workflow Architecture: I use Make and Zapier to connect the different apps a business uses every day. I don’t just link two apps together; I build complex, multi-step scenarios that move data where it needs to go, whether that’s syncing a CRM with a project management tool or automating lead follow-ups. 2. Advanced Logic with n8n: When a project needs more flexibility or self-hosting for data privacy, I lean on n8n. It’s my go-to for building more technical, logic-heavy workflows that require custom JavaScript nodes or more granular control over API calls than standard platforms allow. 3. AI Integration: I specialize in plugging ChatGPT (OpenAI API) directly into these workflows. This allows me to build systems that don’t just move data, but actually "think" summarizing incoming emails, categorizing support tickets, or generating personalized content based on specific triggers. 4. System Integration: I have a lot of experience working with APIs and webhooks to make sure even "stubborn" software can talk to each other. I focus on ensuring that data remains consistent and accurate across all platforms, reducing errors and saving hours of manual data entry. 5. Optimization & Training: Beyond just building the tech, I focus on making sure it’s easy for the team to use. I build out dashboards and simple triggers so that even non-technical staff can benefit from the automation without needing to know what’s happening "under the hood." I love the challenge of finding a bottleneck and figuring out exactly which tools can fix it. For me, automation isn't just about saving time, it's about freeing people up to do the work that actually requires a human touch.
