Do I need to have a 3D model?
For the Basic package, yes. This package is for clients who already have a 3D model and need one exterior render. For Standard and Premium packages, I can create a 3D model from your plans, sketches, dimensions, or reference images.
Can you create a 3D model from a sketch?
Yes. I can create a simple SketchUp model from floor plans, schematic drawings, hand-drawn sketches, dimensions, or clear reference images.
What do I need to send you?
Please send everything you have: floor plans, sketches, dimensions, exterior elevations, reference images, material ideas, colors, and examples of the style or mood you like.
Do you design houses from scratch?
This gig is focused on 3D visualization, not full architectural design. I can help visualize your idea, but I do not provide construction-ready technical drawings or architectural permits.
What does “Landscaping” include?
This extra is for creating a more realistic outdoor environment for the render. It can include greenery, trees, grass, paths, rocks, and simple outdoor elements such as patio furniture, fences, lamps, or planters.
Is "landscaping" a technical landscape design?
No. This extra is for visual landscaping and simple outdoor details only. It does not include technical landscape design, planting plans, construction drawings, or complex custom modeling.
Can you create evening or night renders?
Yes. I can create evening or night atmosphere renders as an extra or as part of the Premium package, depending on the project.
How many final images will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the package you choose. Basic includes 1 render, Standard includes 2 renders, and Premium includes 4 renders.
Do you provide source files?
The final delivery includes high-resolution image files. The SketchUp source file can be added as a paid extra if needed.
Can you work with large villas or complex projects?
Yes, but complex houses, large villas, detailed sites, or special requests may need a custom offer. Please message me before ordering so I can check the scope.
