My sessions are based on my professional ballet training and are suitable for different goals and experience levels. I adapt the exercises to each client, whether you are a beginner, advanced, or athlete, and help you work towards greater flexibility, strength, control, and confidence in your body flexibility, better movement quality, and increased confidence in your body.
