Since January 2026, Amazon no longer preps or labels your units in the US. Send them to
our licensed, insured warehouse in Wisconsin instead. Within 72 business hours of arrival
we count, check, label and pack every unit to Amazon's prep rules.
This gig is for FBA sellers who want their stock prepped right the first time, without
the minimums of a big 3PL.
What we do:
Receive every carton and count it against your packing list
Inspect each unit and photograph any damage
Apply FNSKU labels over the manufacturer barcode
Polybag with suffocation warnings where required
Build bundles and multipacks, labeled as one sellable unit
Pack, apply your carton labels and hand off to the carrier
Free with every order:
Report reporting any missing units
Label match check, so every FNSKU goes on the right product
Label guarantee: if an item is flagged a label or prep problem on work we did, we fix it at our
cost and refund our fee for those units.
FAQ
Where do I send my inventory?
After you order, we send our warehouse address and receiving instructions inside the order. Write your Fiverr username on every carton so we can match it the moment it arrives.
When should I place my order?
When tracking shows your cartons delivered to us. Fiverr's delivery clock starts when your order starts, and prep starts when your stock reaches us, so ordering on arrival keeps the two in step.
Who pays for shipping to Amazon?
You do, through your Amazon shipment. Send us the carton and carrier labels from Seller Central and we apply them. If you want us to buy the labels, we bill them through a Fiverr custom offer.
What happens if units arrive damaged or the count is off?
We stop, photograph the problem and message you the same day with the count and the photos, before anything is labeled. You decide what happens next.
What products do you not accept?
Hazmat, flammable, perishable or refrigerated items. Message us first if you are not sure about your product.
How does the label guarantee work?
If Amazon flags a label or prep problem on units we handled, we fix it at our cost and refund our fee for those units. It covers our work, so it assumes the FNSKU labels and prep instructions you sent were correct.
Can you handle more than 300 units?
Yes. Message us with your unit and carton count and we send a custom offer.
Do you store inventory?
We hold your stock free for up to 14 days while you finish your shipment plan. Longer storage is available through a custom offer.
