At a high level, my work involves coordinating with other leads and directors to ensure all of the audio for Unbroken Studios projects hits the right aesthetic target by (or even before) the needed deadline. Day to day tasks include creating sound design, constructing blueprints in Unreal 4/5 for music and sound implementation, collaborating with our contracted composer on music direction, editing and implementing voice overs, mentoring and communicating with other departments as well as production to ensure all needs, present and future, are being met. I also make spectacularly bad puns. Often.

I created a 14 part class covering the process of creating music and sound design for video games. By the end of the course, the students will understand how to make "game ready" audio content and implement it into a number of situations using Unreal. The students will also learn how to troubleshoot and package up their projects for final delivery. We'll also cover various techniques for networking, building a studio and landing an industry gig.
