Notion + Shopify adds live Shopify sync, Revenue Dashboards. Orders and revenue populate themselves.
Notion + Shopify + Ads adds live Facebook Meta Ads sync , Ads Tracking Dashboards . True ROAS calculates itself, per product and per test.
Shopify orders are pulled whenever you get an order on your store while meta ads are pulled daily. You need a free make account for these.

Does it pull my ad spend automatically?
Only on Notion + Shopify + Ads. That tier syncs spend from Meta and calculates True ROAS itself.
Do I need to know Notion?
No. Every step has a short walkthrough video, and the system comes with a start-to-finish checklist. It's built to be used without any Notion experience.
Can I use this for more than one store?
Yes, from the base package upward. Additional live Shopify syncs are available as an extra.
I already have products live on Shopify — will they work?
Yes. You paste each product's Shopify ID into its Notion record once, and order data flows from there. Takes a few seconds per product.
Can you import my past orders?
Yes — available as an extra. You export a CSV from Shopify and I import and link it into the system.
Does this work with WooCommerce or TikTok Shop?
The Notion system works regardless of platform. The automated sync is built specifically for Shopify and Meta. Message me before ordering if you're on something else.
What happens after delivery?
You own the workspace outright and the automations run in your own accounts. Full documentation is included so you're never dependent on me to maintain it.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Notion Only and want Shopify or ads sync added afterwards, message me and I'll quote the difference.
Do I need a Make.com account?
Yes, for the Shopify and Ads packages — the automations run in your own Make.com account, not mine. The free tier covers 1,000 operations a month, which is enough for most stores starting out.
